Wholesale Policies

  • Order Minimum: USD$400.00 - Orders must also meet any manufacturer minimums 
  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 weeks + shipping time - After you place your order we will order your goods from the manufacturer and consolidate it in our warehouse.
  • Payment Terms: All order must be prepaid before being submitted to manufacturers.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and bank wire payments. We require bank wire payment for orders over USD$1500. For orders under USD$1000, there is a USD$25.00 fee for bank wire payment. Payment via credit card customer need to bear the Paypal charges. 
  • Shipping Methods: We ship & import international order via Fedex or DHL Express.  International shipping rates apply on all orders shipped outside Hong Kong. 
  • Backordered Items: Any items that are not available from the manufacturer will be treated as your back order. We will update your back order report in timely manner.
