Shipping

We provide different shipping methods for our customers. However, we use HK Post , Shun Fung Express, Pickupp, Lalamove & GOGOX as our default shipping method for local delivery. We also provide different type of delivery methods for oversea buyers, simply add the product to the shopping cart and choose check out, there will have different shipping method to choose from.

We are strongly encourage our local customer to choose HK post counter pick up service/iStation pickup service or Shun Fung Express pick up services, meaning that you are no need to provide your own delivery address information anymore with more privacy protection.  And they provided more than 500+ pickup points for you to pick up! 

 

Standard Shipping

The shipping on your orders are via standard delivery. On average, your order will take 8-15 business days to reach you. However, there may be delays and in some cases it can take up to 45 days to arrive. Standard Orders are shipped via Airmail service. Your package is delivered by your regular postal worker. Expedite delivery by flying your package closer to your destination before injecting the mail into the postal stream. Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination.

 

Expedited Shipping with Tracking

We allow you to upgrade you shipping to Expedited for most countries. The ship time for this service is 2 to 5 days depending on the country and is fully trackable. To see the rates, please check the Shipping Method pull down menu in your cart. If you do not see an option for Expedited Shipping, it is not available to your location. Please be advised that only the first shipment will ship via expedited delivery any back orders or future releases will be shipped via standard shipping

 

Pre-order item

Pre-order will be shipped only once the product release. Where goods are offered for sale on the Website prior to general release, the price shown for those goods is subject to change. In the event that we reduce the price, we will charge you the lower price. In the event that we increase the price, we will charge you the price that was listed on the Website when you placed the order. In the unlikely event that an error is made in the price shown on the Website, 852recordstores.com will not be obliged to supply the goods to you at the incorrectly stated price. In these circumstances, we shall cancel the order and advise you via email that the order had been cancelled.
