Slaine is a barbarian fantasy adventure series first published in the UK comic-book series 2000AD in 1983. Created by writer Pat Mills and initially drawn by his then wife Angela Kincaid, the series is based on Celtic myths and legends. Following the adventures of wanderer Slaine, as he battles monsters and mercenaries in true fantasy tradition. Armed with his trusty axe, the “Brainbiter” and the power to “warp spasm”, turning him into a terrifying and powerful figure. Slaine now features on a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.
