Mr.Children started recording a new song at LONDON's RAK Studios last July together with Steve Fitzmaurice, an engineer who worked on U2, Sting and Sam Smith.
This work features two songs that Sakurai wrote and recorded in London as the theme song for the movie "Doraemon Nobita's New Dinosaur" released on Friday, March 6, 2020. In a new studio, they meet new talents, thoroughly sticking to every single sound, and their "latest sound" has evolved musically. As a single work, NEW SINGLE will be announced on both A sides for the first time in about 2 years and 8 months from the previous work "himawari".
Mastering is done by Scott Hull of NY's prestigious MASTERDISK.
